Recently, Delta has provided a complete solution for the cold water circulation system of a high-temperature annealing furnace of a well-known glass equipment manufacturer, using Delta's medium-sized PLCAH500 system to connect all sub-stations and multiple inverters in series to achieve the cold water cycle control of the entire line, which has been successfully realized. Project Objectives.
The project was fully applied to Delta's human-machine interface, distributed remote IO, DeviceNET bus control, and water pump inverter drive technology and products. The overall scheme adopted Delta's electromechanical product configuration, better compatibility, and more stable communication, which involved Delta's electromechanical products include medium-sized PLCAH500 series, inverter CP2000 series, touch screen B10E615, small PLCSV series, Ethernet communication modules, and DeviceNET communication modules.
The successful implementation of this project, especially the customer is very satisfied with the outstanding performance of Delta's medium-sized PLCAH500 series. In practical applications, it has also proved that Delta's medium-sized PLCAH500 series can be easily extended to the fields of water treatment and circulation supply systems, and it is very useful for water treatment enterprises such as sewage treatment and environmental protection ventilation.

Disadvantages:

The thickness of PE sheet material can be produced from 0.3mm to 1.9mm, the normal width is 600mm, the width cannot exceed 1200mm, the length is not limited.
The thickness of plate can be produced from 2mm to 180mm, the usual specification of 2-10mm is 1000mm* 2000mm, and the commonly used specification of10-180mm is 600*1200mm.PE sheet can also be customized according to requirements, and the width cannot exceed 1200mm, and the length is not limited
Add antistatic agent to the permanent antistatic electric bar, and the volume resistance value is between 6 to 9 power of 10.Add flame retardant to the flame retardant rod from UL 94V-0 to HB flame retardant grade, and other modification requirements are required to customize various additional properties according to the actual use of the customer.
