· Beijing parking fee is planned to adjust the differentiation plan at the end of March

Before the end of March this year, Beijing will strive to introduce a differentiated parking fee adjustment and optimization program to guide the reduction of vehicle use intensity in the central city. At the same time, the departments of development, reform, transportation, and environmental protection will also study and formulate traffic congestion fees.
This year, the intensity of motor vehicle use will be further reduced. On the 25th, Beijing released the "Beijing 2013-2017 Clean Air Action Plan Key Task Decomposition 2015 Work Measures", which lists this year's Clean Air Action Plan as 84 key tasks. Among the 84 key tasks, there are 26 tasks including “Heavy and Heavy”.
The target of Beijing's air quality this year is that the annual average concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the city's air has dropped by about 5%. Each district and county also has specific targets. For example, the annual average concentration of PM2.5 in the city's six districts decreased by about 5% year-on-year. The average annual concentration of PM2.5 in Fangshan, Tongzhou, Daxing and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone decreased by about 6%.
In terms of “controlling vehicles to reduce oil”, this year we will study and formulate public policies to increase the cost of using vehicles and reduce the intensity of vehicle use. The Municipal Transportation Commission will work with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau to accelerate the construction of intelligent vehicle electronic toll identification system.

Heavy-duty diesel vehicles implement the national five emission standards Before the end of this year, new heavy-duty diesel vehicles will fully implement the national fifth-stage emission standards, and vehicles that do not meet the standards may not be sold and registered in Beijing. The Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau took the lead in researching the local standard index limits for the sixth phase of vehicle fuel and conducting vehicle oil adaptation experiments.
In terms of exhaust gas detection, this year will also increase the intensity of spot checks on the exhaust emissions of vehicles in use, focusing on the investigation of diesel freight cars and muck transport vehicles driving at night, and exhausting more than 7 million vehicle exhaust emissions throughout the year. At the same time, 15 sets of remote sensing monitoring equipment were installed at the main roads of the city and the main entrance to Jingjing, and the construction of the monitoring platform for the pollution source of motor vehicles was accelerated.

Castable and high-temperature SLA resins are used to fabricate mold patterns (indirect rapid tooling) and injection molds (direct rapid tooling), respectively. Prototypes of highly-detailed, fully transparent aircraft headlights are produced with SLA clear resins.
