This is Canpotex's three-year memorandum signed with Sinochem Fertilizer. The price agreement was reached for the second time. However, the export volume still maintains a lower limit, reflecting Canpotex's potash supply is relatively tight. According to industry sources, the supply price of Canada is lower than the export prices of Belarus and Brazil to China. It is expected that the balance of supply and demand will be realized in 2012, when potash prices will increase to 600 US dollars/ton.
