On March 14th, Dongfeng Foundry held an OEE (Comprehensive Equipment Efficiency) promotion meeting. Pay attention to the overall efficiency of equipment to advance the work.

In order to promote this key work in a planned, organized, and targeted manner, the company will incorporate the GF production line and the core manufacturing center into the key management and control. During the implementation process, the two demonstration production lines will implement benchmarking and fully utilize the advanced technologies of the same industry. Management experience, combined with its own reality, to determine the annual promotion goals. In terms of the implementation of specific responsibilities, the company has successively established the OEE Affairs Bureau, which is headed by the general manager, and has two promotion families and seven improvement promotion teams. The daily organization work of the Bureau is led by the equipment department, and it coordinates the overall work of planning, goal improvement, and topic exchange of related functional departments and production workshops. In order to dynamically grasp the actual progress of each improvement team and the actual conditions for on-site improvement and exchange of improvement experience, the Bureau will strictly follow the established plans and the development rules to promote the implementation of monthly regular meetings, quarterly exchanges, and annual summary activities. , hierarchically, and focusedly organize the family members to summarize the preparatory work, solidify and improve the results, and identify shortcomings to determine the effective improvement measures in the next phase. Through the actual promotion of the OEE management process, the comprehensive efficiency of the entire casting production line is comprehensively improved.
