Dry strong magnetic separation process of manganese carbonate ore

Manganese carbonate deposits, belonging to marine sedimentary manganese ore reserves and larger, is an important resource for the production of manganese ore product.
The strong magnetic separation plant of Taojiang Manganese Mine in Hunan Province is treated with rhodochrosite and manganese calcite . After the ore is finely crushed, ground and classified, 0. 5 ~ 4mm ore enters the CGDE - 210 strong magnetic separator, 0 ~ 0 .5mm After entering the SHP strong magnetic separator, the concentrates are combined and sintered. The flow is shown in the figure below.
