The Fushun Petrochemical Company's project of 10 million tons of oil refining and one million tons of ethylene is progressing smoothly. The total investment of the project is 23.483 billion yuan, and 90% of the image progress has been completed. Among them, the 10 million-ton refinery restructuring project completed 89% of the overall image progress; the 1 million-ton ethylene project completed 99% of the overall image progress. Refining and chemical main equipments have been fully completed and are in the stage of “three inspections and four tests”.
