Application
Gravimetric blender is suitable for the processing of quantitative weighing and stirring from 2 to 12 kinds of raw materials, including virgin materials, regrinds, masterbatch and various additives. Metering capacity from 5kg/hr to 1000kg/hr, blending ratio difference (depending on the setting ratio) can be controlled at ±0.5%, to meet a variety of precision grade blending requirements.

When materials with multicomponent and highprecision are mixed, HADRDEGA can provide the perfect solution. The originally imported autoweighing mixer can meet requirements of weighing, measurement and mixing operations of 12 materials to the maximum extent. The modular design is used and the weighing-typed mixer is applicable to injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and other different industries. Its maximum blending ability can reach 3600kg/h. The one component discharging capacity varies from 3.25g/h to 36000g/h. In addition, the weighing system has the auto correction function and the automatic compensation function, which can ensure that precision of materials can be controlled below 1‰. After the scale parameters are set by the software, the system can conduct the safe mixture of materials according to production process requirements of the clients.
