Do not be near heat sources

When placing the high and low temperature aging boxes, a maintenance space of 60 to 70 cm should generally be reserved on both sides, which can help the high and low temperature aging boxes to dissipate heat. Also be careful not to put together with some heating appliances so as not to increase the power consumption of the high and low temperature aging boxes.

Second, the opening time of the high and low temperature aging box should be short. In case of power failure, do not rush to open the high and low temperature aging box door.

Third, the environment temperature difference should not be too big

If the temperature difference in the use environment is too large, high-low-temperature aging boxes will generate large amounts of water vapor during use. Over time, it will accelerate the corrosion of the components, which can easily lead to damage of the high and low temperature aging boxes.

Fourth, do not disable the high and low temperature aging box

In order to save power, many customers will be in a state of “hibernation” if the high-low temperature aging box is not used for a while. In fact, this is unscientific and it may affect the service life of high and low temperature aging boxes because of the high and low temperatures. Most of the evaporators in the aging tanks are aluminum products. After decommissioning, organic matters on the aluminum walls will be mildewed, corrode aluminum plates, damage the refrigeration system, and the plastics of the tanks will be easily aged at room temperature than at low temperatures. Therefore, do not let the aging of high and low temperatures. Box "Stopped". If you must disable the high and low temperature aging box, it must be defrosting, cleaning, put it in a ventilated and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. It is better to turn on the high-low temperature aging box once a month to allow the compressor to run normally for half an hour to one hour before closing.

Fifth, do not switch frequently

The general office temperature in winter is about 0-20°C, and the working temperature of the high and low temperature aging box is relatively high. If the frequent switching, the internal components may be damaged in the high and low temperature changes.
