The State Electricity Regulatory Commission monitored the transmission of electricity across the country from January to July by 110.6 billion kWh, of which 24 billion kWh was delivered in July. China Southern Power Grid sent 58.8 billion kilowatt-hours of power from west to east, of which, in the month of July, the power transmission from West Power to the east was 17.16 billion kilowatt-hours, a record high for single month electricity. At present, the largest electric power delivered by West China to Guangdong reaches 24.37 million kilowatts, which accounts for approximately 30% of Guangdong's largest consolidated load; the maximum daily delivered electricity reaches 540 million kwh, a record high. The provinces sent a total of 394.6 billion kwh of electricity, of which 77.8 billion kwh was sent in July. The total import and export volume of electricity was 13.4 billion kwh, of which imported electricity was 3.7 billion kwh and export power was 9.7 billion kwh.
