More details reveal the 3D printing car
Some of our readers may still remember that 3D printed cars, which were announced last month, are called Strati. More details of this week have been released, revealing that the innovative car has a series of speeds ranging from 120-150 miles to a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour. The car seats, body, chassis, dashboard, center console, and hood are 3D printed in just two days at the International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago last month. The local car explained: “Printed, produced in September 2014, Strati is the world’s first 3D printer. It was printed in one piece and it took only 44 hours to be assembled by the local automobile team on site. In front of IMTS 2014.
