New Research Results of Solar Cell Devices in China
According to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information 26th, Recently, Professor Wang Jinliang from the School of Chemistry, Beijing Institute of Technology, co-operated with Prof. Wu Hongbin from South China University of Technology and Dr Liu Feng from the National Laboratory of Lawrence Berkeley to make use of fluorobenzothiadiazole as an electron- (IDT) as an electron-rich unit, an oligomer material of a biodie-thiophene as a capping unit, and an organo-organic compound that is blended with a fullerene derivative to obtain a photoelectric conversion efficiency of up to 9.1% and a fill factor of up to 0.77 Solar cell devices.
