Some ore is easy to choose, and some are difficult to choose. From a geological point of view, the ore selectivity depends mainly on the occurrence characteristics of ore-forming elements, mineral composition, ore structure, mineral inlay size and dissociation degree.
According to the difficulty of ore beneficiation, based on mineral exploration, mineral composition research and mineral processing experiment, according to the mineral processing industry indicators formulated by the state and industry, the ore (or deposit) industrial type can be divided into easy-to-select and easy-to-select, Difficult to choose three types. Its main indicators:
(1) Easily selected ore type (the concentrate grade is greater than the minimum requirements set by the state, and the recovery rate is greater than 90%);
(2) It is easier to select the type of ore (the concentrate grade is greater than the minimum requirements set by the state, and the recovery rate is 70% ~ 90%);
(3) Types of refractory ore (concentrate grade is greater than the minimum requirements set by the state, and the recovery rate is 50% to 70%).
In this way, the ore (or deposit) industrial classification scheme is divided according to the difficulty of mineral processing. The standard is clear, simple and easy to apply, and is suitable for mineral exploration and mining. Practice has shown that the mineral composition of the deposit is simple, and it is mostly a type of deposit that is easy to select and easier to select.
