Research Report on the Properties of Gold Concentrate in Tonggou Gold Mine, Henan Province
The gold concentrate major minerals are: pyrite, pyrrhotite, yellow copper ore, quartz; secondary minerals well and lead ore, sphalerite; a small amount of mineral mica, calcite, carbonaceous, limonite .
Gold was not observed under the microscope, and it was mainly analyzed by ultramicroscopic gold. The phase analysis of gold accounted for 53.51%, and the gold contained in the sulfide accounted for 36.75%, in carbonates and silicates. The packaged gold accounted for 16.76%, making its conventional cyanidation recovery rate not high.
The ore contains 0.22% arsenic and 0.281% bismuth has a certain effect on cyanidation. The carbon content is 1.24%. It is recommended to do a carbon phase analysis later to find out the proportion of various carbons and whether there is any influence on cyanide. Organic carbon and graphitic carbon.
The gold concentrate contains 1.75% copper and about 13% pyrrhotite. Copper and pyrrhotite consume a large amount of cyanide and oxygen in the ore during the cyanidation process.
The cyanidation leaching rate was 85.61% by cyanidation.
Due to the time and funding relationship, the cyanidation test was carried out under the condition that the ore property was unclear. In addition, the cyanidation test was only carried out for simple cyanidation conditions. It is recommended that the detailed cyanide beneficiation test be carried out later. Will bring greater economic benefits to your unit.
Titanium Boride (TiB2) is an extremely hard ceramic which has excellent heat conductivity Boron Product, oxidation stability and wear resistance. Titanium Boride Powder is also a reasonable electrical conductor,so it can be used as a cathode material in aluminium smelting and can be shaped by electrical discharge machining. With respect to chemical stability, TiB2 is more stable in contact with pure iron than tungsten carbide or silicon nitride.
Titanium Boron Diboride is resistant to oxidation in air at temperatures up to 1100 °C,and to hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids, but reacts with alkalis, nitric acid and sulfuric acid.
Current use of Titanium Boron Powder appears to be limited to specialized Boric Acid Flakes applications in such areas as impact resistant armor, cutting tools, crucibles, neutron absorbers and wear resistant coatings.
TiB2 is extensively used for evaporation boats for vapour coating of Melamine Powder aluminium. It is an attractive material for the aluminium industry as an inoculant to refine the grain size when casting aluminium alloys, because of its wettability by and low solubility in molten aluminium and good electrical conductivity.
Thin films of TiB2 can be used to provide wear and corrosion resistance to a cheap and/or tough substrate.
