In recent years, many scholars have studied the tissue culture of Dendrobium candidum, but mostly based on the selection of basic media, plant growth regulators, and additives. The effect of a specific environmental factor on the quality of tissue culture seedlings of D. candidum Research is rarely reported. Although tissue culture seedlings have been widely accepted, the quality of the tissue culture seedlings will directly affect the growth of the seedlings in the field. The growth status of the seedlings in the tissue culture stage can provide experimental evidence for the control of the growth environment of the Daejeon seedlings. Therefore, under the controlled environment, this experiment explored the influence of temperature on various indicators of the quality of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium officinale, and provided reference for the control of artificial cultivation environment of the medicinal materials.
The cultivation results of the intelligent light incubator showed that the Dendrobium candidum tissue culture seedlings were provided by Guiyang Medicinal Botanical Garden Tissue Culture Room, and were identified by the senior engineer Sun Changsheng of Guiyang Medicinal Garden Botanical Garden as the Dicincaceae plant Dendrobium candidum. There was a significant correlation between temperature and the number of seedlings and plant height at the level of 0.01, indicating that temperature was an important factor affecting the number of seedlings and seedling height; the number of seedlings and seedling height were significantly correlated at the 0.05 level. In the rooting stage, temperature was significantly correlated with plant height, leaf number, and root number at the level of 0.01, indicating that temperature was the key factor influencing these three growth indexes; plant height and number of leaves, stem diameter and root length, stem diameter and The root number was significantly correlated at the 0.01 level; leaf number and root number were significantly correlated at the 0.05 level.
