It is understood that Xinguan Chemical was established on December 17, 2004, was originally a registered capital of only 40 million yuan, the production and sale of monoammonium phosphate small private chemical companies. In February 2007 and March 2010, after the listed company Anhui Liuguo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. had implemented assets reorganization twice for Xinguan Chemical, the registered capital reached 100 million yuan.
The project adopted the domestic phosphate rock production advanced technology and energy saving technology, and was listed as the counterpart of Anhui Province to support the Three Gorges Project. The project will be completed and put into production in June 2012, when it is expected to achieve sales of 2.8 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 500 million yuan, and 500 new jobs.
