Xinjiang's first Xinjiang Coal East Railway starts construction in March next year

Xinjiang’s first West-Coal Eastern Railway, and the Hung Hom three railway will begin construction in Hami in March next year.

The Hung Hom Three Railway has been listed in the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan, linking the Hongliuhe River in Gansu Province to the Hami Ning Maohu Mine and Santanghu Coal Mine in Hami, Xinjiang. The railway line is 324.8 kilometers long and was started in March 2012. It is expected that the It was completed at the end of August 2013 and the auxiliary line was completed at the end of 2013.

This railway will be invested by 3 billion yuan by four companies, Xinjiang Guanghui Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Huatong Co., Ltd., Hami State-owned Assets Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Asia-Europe Railway Multi-Economic Development Center.
