Yanan Petrochemical Plant Increases Investment to Promote Cleaner Production
In the face of increasingly stringent national environmental protection standards, Yanan Petroleum Chemical Plant has increased its input and recently invested more than 1.8 million yuan in technological transformation to reduce exhaust emissions, reduce noise pollution, and boost cleaner production. As of the end of June, the plant has successively completed the addition of a new bellows heat exchanger for the continuous reforming unit condensate effluent desuperheating basin, desulfurization of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, an additional set of air supply drying system facilities, and sludge drying. Pool waste heat steam utilization and other projects. In addition, the plant also strives to reduce noise pollution by using external partitions, internal suction, silencing, damping, and valve noise reduction methods to treat pipelines and valves, eventually reducing noise from the original 102 decibels to 67 decibels.
