628 coal-fired boilers in Shishi City change coal to gas

Following last winter, when the provincial capital Beicheng International Community realized the heating of gas boilers, 628 coal-fired boilers in the city will be replaced by gas-fired boilers. Before the onset of the heating season this year, 623 heating boilers will be installed. All coal will be converted to gas.

A few days ago, the reporter learned from the Coal-fired Boiler Improvement Office of the Shishi Construction Bureau that before the next heating season began, the city would complete coal-to-gas conversion for 623 coal-fired boilers.

According to Li Hongwei, deputy director of the Shijiazhuang City Heating Management Center, a total of 623 coal-burning boilers were involved in the transformation of the city, including 462 heating boilers, 140 boilers, and 21 teabath boilers, respectively. The bureau, the Bureau of Industry and Information, and the EPA are responsible for the demolition. Up to now, more than 100 heating boilers have been dismantled, and the remaining ones will be gradually dismantled as the gas pipelines are completed.

The person in charge of Yin Xing of Shijiazhuang Xin'ao Gas Company stated that in order to realize the boiler coal-to-gas reform project, the company has already started the transformation of gas pipelines in multiple sections within the Second Ring Road. Since April, the company's pipelines have been upgraded and upgraded. Work has already begun step by step.

It is understood that most of the coal-fired boilers to be converted are concentrated within the Second Ring, and the corresponding gas pipelines also need to be reformed and boosted.
