China's largest methanol purge gas production ammonia project started
Invested by Shaanxi Huangling Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., the country's largest ammonia utilization project, currently producing 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, broke ground in the Caojiajing Chemical Industrial Park in Dingtou Town, Huangling, Shaanxi Province last week. Shaanxi Huangling Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., based on the project of 2.6 million tons of coke and 300,000 tons of methanol for coke oven gas in the Caojiajing Chemical Industrial Park of Huangling, utilizes the purging gas produced by methanol production and the rich nitrogen released by the methanol project. Comprehensive utilization, to build an annual output of 10 tons of synthetic ammonia project. The total investment of the project is 213.87 million yuan, and the overall internal rate of return on investment is 32.18% (after tax); the investment recovery period is 3.33 years (after tax, including the construction period of 1 year), the investment profit rate is 41.29%, and the investment profit and tax rate is 51.61%. It is expected to be completed and put into production in the first quarter of next year.
