Lenzing instrument successfully developed thermal stress monitor

The Austrian Lenzing Instrument Co., Ltd., which mainly produces conventional and on-line inspection equipment for chemical fiber filaments and short fibers, recently developed the TST2/TST10 thermal shrinkage and thermal stress monitor.

The monitor is a practical test instrument that comprehensively reflects the thermal properties of textile materials. It can accurately determine the thermal shrinkage, thermal shrinkage, and thermal tension changes of various textile materials. Its main technical indicators are: the test applicable temperature range is between 45°C and 300°C; the pretension can be tested up to 500 centimeters; the contractile force can be controlled within the range of 1 centinews to 2000 centinews; the measurement accuracy can reach 0.2 % (50% of full scale); its shrink length accuracy is 0.1%.
