Spark Factory Million Awards Encourage Technological Innovation

On October 18th, a message from the Jiangxi Xinghuo Silicone Plant came to the news that the plant recently held a conference for recognition of scientific and technological innovations and awards. The Million Dollar Science and Technology Award Fund was used to reward scientific and technological workers and project leaders who made outstanding contributions to the development of the company. And continuously improve the project team, and called on the entire factory workers to adhere to the road of science and technology enterprises.
In recent years, Spark Factory has taken science and technology innovation as its sustainable development strategy and persisted in doing so. In March this year, the plant also made a decision to set up a 1 million yuan science and technology award fund to honor outstanding teams and individuals who have performed outstandingly in corporate science and technology innovation, technological transformation, scientific research and development, and continuous improvement this year.
From 2009 to September of this year, the entire plant completed 10 scientific research projects, 12 technical transformation projects, and 11 innovation projects. Among them, the research project of organosilicon high boiling cracking process of scientific research projects successfully solved the high boiling problem that has been plaguing the Spark plant. The comprehensive utilization of high boilers not only solves the problems of environmental protection and safety caused by high boiling in the production process of organic silicon, but also turns waste into treasure, creating annual economic benefits of more than RMB 12 million.
