The fourth type of water is industrial water and the fifth type of water is agricultural water. According to the latest monitoring results, at present, 30% of the monitored water quality in the key river basins falls below the three types of water, and the form of water pollution is not optimistic. During the “11th Five-Year Plan†period, China’s investment in water pollution is about 300 billion, and the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†will invest 500 billion. In addition to changing the water quality in the more polluted waters, there is still better protection for the better water quality. In addition, during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†period, China’s monitoring of conventional pollutants is more stringent and will be strengthened during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, such as the monitoring of heavy metals and organic pollutants.
